  • The Parque Nacional Tortuguero is located on the Caribbean coast, province of Limón, approximately 80 km northeast of the city of the same name. It has an area of 18,946.9 hectares in the land part and 52,265 in the marine part. Exuberant, paradisiacal, mystical… a network of wonderful and scenic navigable channels. Considered one of the richest regions in flora and fauna of Costa Rica. Tortuguero is one of the wildest areas in Costa Rica, with the largest biological variety.
